Quasolvex (Nashik, India) builds and maintains operations software for businesses. This page explains what data this website collects, and how we handle data inside the systems we run for our clients.

This website

• We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and the site has no forms.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply to you.

Systems we build for clients

Our clients own the data in the systems we build for them — for example student, payment, stock and ledger records. We process that data only to run, support and improve those systems for that client, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

• Data is hosted with our infrastructure providers, Amazon Web Services and Supabase.
• Access is limited to the client's authorised users and to our team members who support the system.

Voice assistant

One of our systems includes a voice assistant. The user's speech is converted to text, and that text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to understand the request and prepare a reply. Actions that change money or records run only after the user confirms them.

Your rights and contact

If you are a user of a system we run for a client, please contact that client first; we will help them with any access, correction or deletion request. You can also write to us at ceo@quasolvex.com. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
